We conducted business requirements workshops where use-cases were visualised via UI design and prototyping.
This process was repeated for 3 significant business applications, involving 'Global Event Management', 'Track and Trace', and 'Customer Accounts'. Our prototypes were used by the development team and we travelled around the world conducting these workshops. Locations included:

We conducted significant Research & Design to understand "How do users live with music?" and "Why & When do they go online vs mobile?"

This involved observing customers purchase music on their phones & diary exercises to map longitudinal trends. This lead to prototype development and design solutions for both mobile and website music offering.

Significant revenue and purchase uplift soon after implementation resulted from our work.
