Symplicit conducts an accessibility audit in which code for key parts of your site or application is checked to ensure it meets international standards developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C)

W3C is the authority on web standards and its goal is to create "Web interoperability" ie all web technologies must be compatible with one another and allow any hardware and software used to access the Web to work together .
